In my roles as a content designer, conversation designer and content strategist, I have been responsible for creating the tone and voice of apps; providing guidance on language style and usage; collaborating with product owners and designers to ensure a top-notch user experience; and ensuring all content conformed to standards for legal, risk and compliance.
